This Policy applies to information processed by our website and services we operate. Where we integrate third-party services (e.g., domain & hosting via ResellerClub/LogicBoxes, analytics, payment gateways), their privacy practices are governed by their policies.
Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, email, phone, company, address, and project details you submit via forms (e.g., Contact), support tickets, or while requesting quotes/demos. For domain orders, registrant/admin/tech/billing contact data are required.
- Automatic data: device and usage data (browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, approximate location), cookies/localStorage, service-worker cache metadata, and basic log data for reliability/security.
- Website conversion measurement uses a tab-scoped identifier, public page paths, campaign tags, and referrer origins. Form starts and WhatsApp clicks are measured separately from successful inquiries. Contact details and inquiry messages are stored in our CRM to respond to you, not in browser analytics events.
- From third parties: where lawful, we may receive business contact info or domain/hosting order updates from providers to fulfill your requests.
How we use information
- Provide and improve our services, websites, and apps.
- Respond to inquiries, provide quotes, demos, and customer support.
- Process domain/hosting orders and renewals through integrated providers.
